Buddug Neale, who works in Flint’s Assembly Area, has
become the 500th NVQ candidate to be awarded her certificate
by Deeside College. She also received an Argos voucher for
£25 from Sue Champion on behalf of the College.
Training Officer Joy Parry commented: “Buddug is thrilled
to bits, and so are we. We’ve now put more than 200
of our employees through NVQ Levels 1 and 2 in three years
which is really good going.” Buddug, who joined the
company in February 2003, achieved her NVQ Level 1 in food
and drink manufacturing.
